Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 29 October 2025: Canon Business Services ANZ (CBS) today announced six strategic appointments to its sales team, a move that strengthens its client support and continues to expand its market presence across Australia and New Zealand.
The appointments follow a period of significant momentum for CBS, which now serves over 600 customers across ANZ. The new leaders will support a growing client base that includes over 80 financial services firms, 25 healthcare and NFP organisations, and more than 30 government clients.
By directly addressing growing client demand for a technology solutions partner that can cut through complexity, the investment underscores the company’s commitment to asking sharper questions to solve the core challenges that help clients succeed.
The six new senior sales leaders appointed to the CBS team include talent across multiple states to support both location-specific and national sales activity, including:
The new appointees bring a wealth of industry experience to the CBS team. Mario Palermo joins CBS with over two decades of experience in technology sales in the Victorian market, spanning both vendors and system integrator roles. Constantine Liaromatis has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in the IT services sector, across both sales and strategic roles. Manu Ramanchandran and Nadir Kambata both have extensive backgrounds in business development in Australia and New Zealand respectively. Michael Corbo brings over 17 years at Microsoft leading the Mission Critical program across ANZ, and Daniel Nwokoye has extensive networks and experience within government and enterprise market segments.
Mario Palermo said he was thrilled to join CBS as the business continues to expand.
“Over the past few years, we’ve seen incredibly rapid change in the IT and business solutions landscape,” Mr Palermo said. “From navigating the rollout of AI, to helping protect against an increasingly complex security threat environment, customers are looking for a partner who goes beyond surface-level fixes. I’m looking forward to helping our customers solve complex challenges and get where they’re going faster and smarter.”
CBS ANZ Chief Executive Officer Luke Clark said that hiring talent of this calibre reflected the trust clients place in CBS to assist them with challenges in cloud, security, automation, and a range of other complexities.
“In today's landscape, clients need a partner who delivers genuine outcomes, not just technology,” Mr Clark said. “Mario, Constantine, and our new Business Development team all embody our solutionist approach of digging deeper with customers to solve the right problem. Their expertise will be vital as we continue to invest in our capabilities and support our clients’ success.”
